Recognizing that the data provided is very sensitive, I agree to:

1. Not share portal data outside of my team or organization without prior approval from E3 Alliance. This includes:
1. Sharing physical documents
2. Sharing log-ins or user names to see district or campus level data
3. Allowing others to look over your shoulder or otherwise view data that you have received privileged access to
4. Publishing data, making it available to the press or, otherwise sharing the data publicly
2. Use the data only to improve outcomes for Texas students and not for other purposes
